Celebrating a birthday? Having a sleepover and want to make sure the kiddos really go to sleep? Want to reserve the whole pool for your neighbors, church friends, or scout troop?

Consider hosting your event at the ERRA pool. We have a variety of options to accommodate your needs. Please submit your request and management will be in touch to let you know if the date is available and discuss other arrangements.

Table Reservations

Tables may be reserved for special events at no charge to members with approval of the manager. The following areas may be reserved for up to 3 hours:

• Two tables by the baby pool
• Two tables by the playground
• Two tables by the snack shack

Pool Rental

The pool may be rented for private functions during non-pool hours with two weeks notice and the approval of the manager. The $200.00 fee for members and $250.00 fee for non-members includes:

• Two hours of pool time (add $50.00 for additional hour)
• Up to 50 people (add $25.00 for each additional 25 people)
• Two lifeguards and one manager or assistant manager

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due within one week of approval.

Please note - Organizations wishing to use the pool to host events with more than 30 people will be required to reserve the pool after hours. Adult/child ratio must be at least 1:10 - please consider the age and swimming abilities of your guests. Management reserves the right to adjust ratio based on request.

Additional information regarding guests:

• Guest fee is $5.00 for everyone over 2 years old.
• Adults limited to 3 visits per year.
• Guest passes available @ 10/45.00
